Researcher finds video games turn men into Neanderthals

Guys, when you're playing Halo 3 or Gears of War, do you find yourselves experiencing the irresistible urge to club someone over the head or grunt?
That's because, according to new research, video games turn your mind into a caveman brain!
The first of its kind study hooked male subjects up to an MRI and found that playing video games and winning them "activate parts of the male brain which are linked to the primitive desire to conquer."
Women see similar changes within their noggins, but males had them beat in terms of drive and intensity. This, said professor Allan Reiss, who headed the study, helps explain why males are more likely to become hooked on, or addicted to, video games.
"I think it's fair to say that males tend to be more intrinsically territorial," Reiss said. "It doesn't take a genius to figure out who historically are the conquerors and tyrants of our species."
Poor Reiss. Sounds like someone always loses when they play deathmatch games, is what it sounds like to me.
